The OrtoCanis® Canine Hip & Back Brace is designed to provide an element of support and compression to the dog’s joints and muscles in the hips and lower back. It is suitable for active dogs of all ages, that suffer from arthritic conditions, hip dysplasia, decreased endurance during activity, hip and/or lower back pain/weakness and hind leg lameness (caused by damage to the sacral verebrae). Plus, it is a useful aid for dogs recovering from surgery/injury and older animals with mobility problems.

The robust Hip & Back Brace is manufactured using dynamic, high resistance neoprene with plush Velcro, stainless steel hardware, nylon attachments and heavy duty nylon webbing.

Please Note: As with any medical treatment, it is always wise to consult a Vet/Doctor. This product is NOT recommended for DM (Degenerative Myelopathy). It recommended to use these items when the dog is standing or normal walking, not during strenuous physical exercise (eg. competition).
