Order and pay for your item in our shop. Your name and address (personal details) will then be passed onto the supplier to allow them to post your item directly to you. Your order will be placed with them as soon as we receive it and our supplier will post out when they have processed the order. Please allow a few days for processing.

If you do not receive your order within a week please contact me so I can investigate with our supplier.

When will my order be received?

Orders will be processed as soon as possible, however please see above conditions regarding processing and delivery regarding the relevant item you have ordered.

Please note that no orders will be processed on weekends, public holidays such as Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow an extra day for delivery due to the high volume of parcels being delivered. Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us by emailing durham_dogs@yahoo.co.uk or calling 07881 813 347 and give as much detail as possible regarding why you wish to return the product.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You, the customer, must pay for the return of the item, if you need assistance in arranging a return, please feel free to contact us by emailing durham_dogs@yahoo.co.uk or calling 07881 813 347.

We abide by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which, customers have a legal right to reject goods that are deemed to be unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. However, the right is limited to 30 days from the purchase date.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Our online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you is protected by an SSL Certificate.
All payment transactions are provided through PayPal. No card information is stored on our servers. Paypal monitors every transaction, 24/7 to prevent against fraud, email phishing and identity theft. Every transaction is heavily guarded behind their advanced encryption.
